My saving grace! I owe these guys a beer or two, but all they asked is that I call them whenever I might need their services. Which I certainly will if the situation should arise! The LA Glass Co was the only service that was able to help me out in the time that I needed for a price I couldn't pass up so easily. My mom just had some sliding mirror doors installed in her room for her walk in closet. She left with my dad for just two days on a Monday, Tuesday morning I thought I would take advantage of the space and new mirror in the room to work out in. Granted it wasn't smart of me to do a kettle weight workout in front of those mirrors but at the time it seemed like a good idea. I'm sure you can easily piece together what happened next. I smashed the mirrors into pieces. To make matters worse, the mirrors were slighted tinted. Having less than a day to get this fixed I started making calls. No one else had an availability to come out and help me out, even when I explained to them my situation. Not even the guys who installed the mirrors could help! I called The LA Glass Co, they told me to come in and bring a piece of the mirror (which I had several of), the dimensions of the space to be worked on, and that they'd take care of the rest. Sure enough I showed up, gave them the piece, paid for my total, and then they went to work. It took them awhile but they got it done in one day! Best part is, my mom thinks that she has the same mirrors that were installed when she first got them. And that's just what I want her to think! Can't go wrong with these guys.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAKING A TRIP TO THIS GLASS SHOP!!!! A+++ customer service!!! A+++ product!!! Came to The LA Glass Co today looking for a solution to replace a broken desktop. Wasn't sure what type of product I needed or if there were any creative solutions to creating a "white look" glass that was as sturdy as it was cost effective. Gustavo and his team spent HOURS thinking of different ideas and sifting through the glass pieces that they had in stock. He came up with a very creative and low cost option. Even though I didn't take advantage of them, Gustavo also had custom cut, finishing, laminating and color options. Gustavo even provided me with extra hardware components to ensure the product worked properly for my specific needs. All employees, down to the receptionist were very helpful, patient and pleasant to work with. Will return for any glass needs in the future, and send my friends to do the same.
I was impressed from the beginning. Carlos the technician called to let me know he was on his way I thought that was awesome. When he arrived he greeted me and got right to work. He was done in no time the work took less than 20 minutes Carlos' professionalism and hard work impressed me I would recommend him and of course glass doctors of long beach anytime.
